Chronically Ill

People suffering from physical or mental illness requiring long-term care often find themselves in a position where their families cannot accommodate their increasing needs. They may not be able to live alone, but they do not qualify for or need nursing home care. Staff supervision and intensive hands-on care may be necessary to help manage their symptoms, monitor daily activities and ensure personal safety.

If these people do live alone, they may need assistance to keep track of all of the details that accompany illness, including prescriptions, medications and medical appointments. People living with AIDS may need similar kinds of care as their illness progresses; all of our services are available to any who need them.
